What we do

Ohemaa.ai takes a video you already have and produces short clips from it. You buy credits, you spend them on videos, you download what comes back.

Your account

You need an account, and the details you give us have to be accurate enough that we can find your payment. Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and the account has to be yours rather than one you share around.

Your video is yours, and it stays yours

You keep every right you had in the video you give us and in the clips we produce from it. We do not claim ownership of either.

We store your source video and your clips so we can produce them and so you can download them. We do not publish them, sell them, or show them to anybody else.

What you must not upload

You must have the right to use the video you give us. Do not use Ohemaa.ai for anything you do not have permission to clip, and do not use it for material that is illegal in Ghana, that sexualises children, or that exists to harass a person.

If we believe an account is being used for any of that, we will close it. Credits in a closed account are not refunded.

Credits and payment

Credits are bought with mobile money and confirmed by a person before they are added. One credit covers one minute of source video. Credits do not expire.

Prices can change. A change never affects credits you have already bought.

Refunds are covered on their own page and the short version is that every failed job is refunded in full. Read the rule.

What we do not promise

We do not promise that every video will work. Some platforms block us, some videos are too short or too quiet to clip usefully, and some results will simply not be as good as you hoped. When a job fails you are refunded, and that is the remedy.

We do not promise the service will never be down. We will try to keep it running and we will not pretend it is when it is not.

Limits on what we owe you

If something goes wrong, what we owe you is capped at the credits involved. We are not responsible for money you did not make, followers you did not gain, or anything else that follows on from a clip that did not work out.

Nothing here removes a right you have under Ghanaian law that cannot be removed by agreement.

Ending it

You can stop using Ohemaa.ai whenever you like. We can close an account that breaks these terms. If we close yours for any other reason, unused credits are refunded.

Changes

We will update this page when the terms change and the date at the top will change with it. Carrying on using the service after that means the new version applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana deal with any dispute.
