Before you message

They are already back. Refunds are automatic on every permanent failure, so check your balance first. If it is wrong, message us and we will fix it.

Send the reference from your phone. That is the fastest way for us to find the payment. A screenshot alone cannot be matched to a balance.

We do not have a contact form on purpose. A message that reaches a phone gets answered; one that reaches a form does not.
