How paying works

  1. Send mobile money

    Send the amount to 0247587283.

  2. Tell us it is sent

    Submit the reference from your phone. It takes a few seconds and it is how we match your payment to your account.

  3. We confirm the money arrived

    A person checks the balance, not a screenshot. Then a redeem code comes back to you and your credits are there.

There is no card payment and no payment company in the middle. A person confirms every top-up by hand, which is slower and means nobody is holding your money but you and us.

If a job fails, you are refunded in full

Every credit comes back. That includes when a video will not download for us, which is our problem to fix and never yours to pay for. The full rule is here.
